Before getting into the real estate industry, Tina Bayless had a successful career in group sales with a national hotel chain where she focused on customer service and client relations. She accommodated large groups of professionals with group booking and helped with organizing business events during their stay. She prided herself on listening to the needs of her clients, addressing questions and concerns that were raised during the planning process, and finding the best solution for her clients to reach their goals. Her clients praised her for her attention to detail and ability to help them with their goals professionally with an approach as their advocate rather than a “salesperson”. She has taken her years of experience and skills in customer service and client relations and transferred them to her real estate career to benefit her buying and selling clients.
Tina’s real estate services include teaching her clients about the local real estate market so they can have all the information they need to make the best choice possible for their family and to reach their real estate goals. She prides her self on having a high set of standards, which include such core values as being loyal, honest, moral, ethical, and hard working. She believes that her role in a real estate transaction is to educate the consumer through their real estate experience as a counselor and teacher. Tina has a handful of solid beliefs that serve as the foundation for her real estate business practice. She believes in teamwork and working along with her clients plus their trusted advisors (including loan professionals, escrow agencies, and title companies) to obtain the highest level of success possible which includes obtaining the best home for her clients at the best possible terms and price. She also believes in treating others how she would want to be treated. She treats her clients through their real estate experience, as she would want to be treated if she was purchasing or selling a home. She focuses on educating them on all of their options, addressing current market conditions, and guiding them through every step of the purchasing process. Lastly, she believes to surpass expectations by always providing a high level of customer service. She prides herself on going the extra mile for her clients in order to assist them with all of their needs.

Tina’s Charity & Volunteer Work
Tina is an advocate not only for her real estate clients but also in her community with numerous charitable contributions and volunteer work on a local and global level. Locally, Tina is involved with her own Home Owner’s Association at Carmel Valley Ranch where she is active with the Landscape Committee. She also has years of volunteer work with special event planning and fundraising for the schools in which her boys attended on the Monterey Peninsula. On a global level, she is highly involved with International Health Emissaries (IHE), a non-profit organization that provides free dental care to those that do not have access to care, such as Guatemala, Cambodia, Peru and Ecuador. In addition to dentistry, IHE builds water wells in Cambodia to assist remote villages of having access to clean water. Tina, her husband and sons, continue to make these missions annually, and make ongoing efforts to raise funds for more wells and collect gently used clothing, shoes and toys for these dental trips.
